Call Settings on Samsung Galaxy A2 Core

Turn caller identification on or off on Samsung Galaxy A2 Core
If you turn off your own caller identification, your number will then not be shown at the receiving end when you make a call on your Samsung phone. Your number is not hidden when you make voice calls, and send messages.
1 – Touch “Phone” option from menu.
2 – Tap the “3 dots” at the top of the screen.
3 – Select “Settings” option from option.
4 – Tap “More settings” option.
5 – Touch “Show my caller ID” on Samsung Galaxy A2 Core.
6 – Select “Hide number” or “Show number”.
Cancel all diverts on Your Phone
If you don’t want to divert your calls, you need to cancel the diverts.
1 – Touch “Phone” option from menu.
2 – Tap the “3 dots” at the top of the screen.
3 – Select “Settings” option from option.
4 – Tap “More settings” option.
5 – Touch “Call forwarding”.
6 – Tap “Voice call” option.
7 – Tap “Always forward”.
8 – Select “Disable” option.
Block phone number on Samsung Galaxy A2 Core
If you don’t want to receive calls or messages from certain phone numbers, you can block them. If you receive a call from a blocked phone number, the caller will hear a busy signal.
1 – Touch “Phone” option from menu.
2 – Touch the “Recents” option at the top of the screen.
3 – Tap the number you want to block on Samsung Galaxy A2 Core.
4 – Touch “i (Details)” icon.
5 – Select “Block” option.
6 – Tap “Block” on the next screen.
